Question of the Day:

When you have a free night to yourself, what do you like to do?

  2. Megan said,

Curl up with a good book and a drink and just relax in the quiet.

  3. Kel/y_H said,

I like to read in the tub, do some writing, or work on a sewing project.

  4. Natty said,

Some nights when Nicholas goes to bed at 8 and there’s no housework to do I’ll do a mini spa night complete with bubble bath, mud mask, and do-it-myself mani/pedi. I may do that tonight.

  5. Shannon said,

I’ll admit to the guilty pleasures: I usually play video games if I have the night to myself. Maybe watch a movie that no one else wants to watch with me.
I saw the title of the song of the day in the email, and thought it was going to be that Michael W. Smith song that they always sang at graduations when I was a teenager. I’m glad it was not.

  6. Lindsey said,

Doesn’t happen too often, but usually it is spent with my K-9 babies; Snoop, Mariah, Trinity, Spur, Flower, Romeo, and Wolfers. Nothing better than that unconditional love that can’t talk back. LOL

    • Megan said,

Lindsey, I know the babies and they DO have their own way of talking back. It’s the crates in the basement you can lock them in when they’re being brats that’s the awesome part! LOL – You know me better than that – don’t call child services please ;). I’ve wished for a mute button for Katie (and Todd), though.

  7. Nicole said,

I’m with Emily on her response. (I actually KNEW what she was going to reply to this, too). I have to stay up after Kael goes to bed if I want to take a bath, but by that time I’m so exhausted it seems like a chore to do instead of something I absolutely love. However, WHEN I get a free night, I usually go to Joplin or Springfield and meet up with a gal-pal and do dinner.
