No idea the radio station. I have a Weird Al cd in there right now.

    A, love the new look.

I don’t know what was on my radio this morning, but I have an old 80’s hair band song stuck in my head. I don’t even know the name of the song or even the words they are saying. The tune is firmly stuck, though.

    Radio station: 102.1

I was listening to Lex and Terry in the morning. These guys are raunchy and pretty funny. Lots of fart humor, which for some reason I find to be funny even though I’m 35 years old.

I listen to either them or to the Vincent David Jericho show on 104.1. Most of the time, it’s Lex and Terry though.

88.1 and that’s because I have a horrible adapter for my iPod. So, I have to tune it to that in order for my book, Breaking Dawn, to play and not be fuzzy. šŸ™‚ I need an AUX input!!! Darn Santa Fe! I have very little patience with music now, unless I’m jamming at work. Other than that, I must be listening to an audio book OR Twinkle Twinkle Little Star to get the baby to sleep. šŸ™‚

Bad day for radio. 99.5 was interviewing some lady educating the general public about low GI carbs. 88.3 had a lady quoting 1 Corinthians 13, and it didn’t look like she was going to have time to do much if any life application. 90.1 was a sermon I’ve heard recycled a thousand times.

So I put in a Jon Foreman CD.

I was also on 88.1 for my ipod, listening to the book Eclipse. No AUX in my dang Murano either, boo! This morning I listened to some upbeat stuff while I did the treadmill and right now I can’t get Sean Kingston, Fire Burning outta my head…..somebody call 911….(giggle)

Marlo-the best song to get rid of an ugly head-song is the Raiders of the Lost Arc theme. Usually duh, de duh duhhh, duh de duhh, a few times, and the offending song is gone. i assume since there are no words, the theme thankfully doesn’t get stuck!

I’ve heard the I Dream of Genie theme works as well. Funny that theme songs have this reputation of getting other songs unstuck.

Whatever station I have to set it to in order to hear my iPod with the FM transmitter. Like Nicole, I have a car (I guess the stereo is the problem, really) that won’t let me plug the iPod directly in.

I was listening to the podcast of This American Life. It’s the exact same episode that played on NPR last week, but with the added advantage that I can listen to part of it every time I get in my car today, instead of having to be in front of the radio at a specific time and date. I love technology.

I’m all about Xm radio-my fave is the “jam-on” station-it’s all live tracks and improvisational stuff.
the xm subscription is my annual birthday present from my mom, and i love it!
I took PTO today (i’m supposed to be packing up CDs and books, not checking sotd, but u know…can’t miss an sotd!) so I’m listening to pandora, which is also awesome.
