I could also say all of the Harry Potter and Twilight sequels are top notch.

Does Die Hard 4: Live Free or Die count as a sequel? Because it’s my favorite out of that series. I hope he does another one!

I like Died Hard with a Vengeance the best. But the new one is pretty good indeed!

      And yes it totally counts.

(of course Die Hard is the best – but is obviously not a sequel)

Die Hard with a Vengeance was my top movie until the 4th came out. Love it! We used to watch all 3 on Christmas Eve when I spent it with my family.

Do any and all of the Batman movies count? Particularly The Dark Knight

  8. Shannon said,

    Empire Strikes Back, definitely.

But since that one has already been mentioned, I also think Superman II is one of the best sequels of all time. KNEEL BEFORE ZOD!!!

Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan is my favorite, though I like almost all the Star Trek movies. I also like the Star Wars sequels and Lord of the Rings too.
